The City of Missoula and Missoula MPO have completed the Higgins Corridor Study (final report August 2023), selecting a preferred concept to convert Higgins Avenue from Brooks Street to Broadway into a three-lane, multimodal corridor with raised bike lanes, improved crossings, signal upgrades, and streetscape enhancements.
