The Village previously obtained two quotes and chose to use McCoy when it filed the grant application, and Kenny Ferguson has been asked to contact Mr. McCoy to move forward, implying that specific improvement work at the cemetery is about to be scheduled. Although the grant amount is modest, the work will require timely coordination with the selected vendor to ensure purchase and installation of the approved improvements before the deadline. Vendors in small-scale cemetery sitework, landscaping, or monument and fence repair can use this as a cue to offer services or follow-on enhancements beyond the covered grant amount.
